[Completed] [Q] problem in video camera fps

hi i have mmx a120 colours 2 while video recording i noticed different frame rate
as 9.x mbps-16fps
16.x-25fps
and
25mbps-30 fps

i want to fix it on 30 FPS HOW TO DO

By mmx, do you mean Micromax canvas 2 a120?
