[Q] problem with contacts in viber

i have recently installed C-RoM** -4.4.2- -v5.9
everything is smooth and there is no bug except contacts in viber
viber doesnt show any contact not viber contacts not phone contact
i tried everything in viber support page and FAQ and none of them worked
i also tried mutiply viber versions and it didnt help

im running 4.3.0.712 version
my internet connection is pretty solid, all the other apps are working just fine,
also double checked contact phone numbers,
they are no contacts in "All" tab,
tried to refresh viber contact list (in "All" tab) and it didnt end, i waited for 2 hours and it kept refreshing and no contact,
also tried to delete a known viber contact from contact list and add in again, didnt work,
restarted the device, no luck
uninstalled and reinstalled viber, still no luck
this time trying to refresh contacts gets me to "contacts successfully updated"
i used to love viber and im all frustrated by this issue
