Hey guys,

I just picked up a Galaxy S III today and used this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1703488 to try and root.

Now then, Odin came up in the top left corner and with a green background said "RESET" I wait for a bit and nothing happened except my phone was turned on. It didn't turn it back on. So I closed Odin and tried to power up my phone. All I could get was a vibrate and for a literal second "samsung" in white on a black background.

So, i tried me luck with Odin again. I plugged my phone in, opened Odin and tried to push through the PDA part again. As in, I plugged my phone in and put the PDA in, popped it in and it said [success 1/failed 0] still wouldn't turn on.

I tried again, says [success 0, failed 0] -- now I tried again because it didn't work after it said the success either. Have I hard bricked this? Is there a way out of this?

No this isnt a hard brick. Thats when u press he power button and literally nothing happens. Thats when youre phone is truly dead as a brick lol.
Theres no use trying to flash the same cfroot file as i think it might be incompatible to the firmware u had. Try going back to stock and start again
