[Q] Problems with calls

Hello to everyone, I have this problem with my note 3, when I make a call or recive I can hear anything, even if I use the speaker, then after a few seconds the note get freeze, and the restart, I have no problems with my signal, the internet goes fast, sms ar fine, the other thing is that when I use viber app to make calls, the sounds is very well and everythin is ok, I been seeking and reading a lot but I cant find a solution to this problem, hope someone can help me, thanks.
