[Q] problems with rcads mix hd 1.6/2.3

Hi, I have a problem with rcads mix hd 1.6/2.3.
It's stuck on the X sign on startup and not booting.
I tried flashing 2.2 rom and its working just fine but realy slow and thats why i wanna flash 1.6!
I know there is another thread about this but nobody did comment with A solution.

I managed to install Rcadsmix 2.3 . Phone X boot screen, then starts again. Kernel version 2.6.35.6-evil. Please help me. I have 1 GB ext4.
