[Q] Programatically Set Carrier Settings (APN, MMS etc)

Howdy,

I want to make an app that allows users to push a button to program their phone with Carrier Settings. Something similar to the HTC app but with only 3 set carriers to choose from.

Does anyone know how to do this in VB?
