Apparently there's only 1 'project butter' for ics, and that's here. It's just a bunch of tweaks though.

Project Butter ain't just a mod. It's a combination of many tweaks, that are related to the performance.
Project Butter consists of Vsync, Triple Buffering and Touch Responsiveness.

Use the @&-# search & not really, its not a tweak as someguyfromthehell said, it also needs kernel support for TB & VSYNC etc
