Is there any team which is working on this kind of project to flash custom rom in lumia's dload bootloader.. To get rid of this dissembling the phone and soldering to get qualcomm.. Is someone working on this..??

i think DLOAD will never be "hacked"...
I don't think people still spend their time on trying to unlock the DLOAD bootloader.
A couple of months ago, there was a lot progress on this, but DLOAD couldn't be unlocked. Instead the devs found ways of replacing DLOAD with the unlocked QUALCOMM bootloader.
But for now, the Lumia 7.8 devices are too old, i think it's not "worth enough" to keep on working on "old" devices...
In my opinion, it's absolutely awesome that you can replace the bootloader with atf.
I think we have to be happy with that.
then what about new lumia phones... Can we make the bootloader qualcomm with atf in win8 phones??
Do new lumia phones have Dload or Qualcomm bootloader??
No, for now, you can only flash your phone with a different stock firmware with atf.
I think also the structure of wp7 and wp8 bootloader is totally different... so i guess there is no chance on having qualcomm on wp8.

Of course you can develop apps and publish them into the marketplace...
But no homebrew for now.
no not developing!! I mean can we install xap files (paid app and games) on win8 using tools like xapDeployer
And request you to port rataplan rom (higher version v6 or v7 which one u prefer better and bug free) for lumia800

No, you need to have an unlocked phone to be able to install tools like xap-deployer.
No chance on WP8 for now.
