[Q] Pushing file on boot looped device

Hi. I recently copied over a framework-res.apk for a system slightly different than mine (accidentally got wrong version!) I backed up my old file (onto my sd card, xoom and pc), but as the system can't boot to enable usb debugging, I don't know how to get the file pushed back on to my Xoom.

I'm running 3.1 rooted with CWM recovery on an Australian (euro) 3g Xoom.

Any help would be great.
