is there a program to convert or decode ?

some of my music either WONT show up on the SD card or some show up and doesnt play or no support file.

is there a program that can conver my music so that I can play them on my phone ?

I google and search for the issues but havent found a fix.

Why don't you tell us what format and what player you are trying to use please ?
