Hello! I got TWRP on my Kindle Fire (w/o bricking :D) and I was thinking about getting CyanogenMod on it. And lets say i try this but my device bricks, can I access TWRP and get adb access to push my backup back or factory reset it? I am running 13.3.2.1. I think you could access TWRP while bricked, but I just wan't to be sure.

Thanks. :)

Yep, that is the point. You do have to be careful not to overwrite your recovery partition, but as long as that is in tact, you are fine.

Oh, but I was talking about any rom really, but CM 11 came to mind, I would google how to update my device (w/o bricking) but I am going to wait for CM11 or CM12 to b fully fixed
