[Q] Question for the ne vipers

Hi guys,

I know that someone of you will say we should ban the noobies from this forum and blah blah blah.... but i have this question:

When I try flashing the new vipers 3.0.0 my device gets stucked at the HTC logo. I'm currently on vipers 1.6.3 and s-on.

Can u please advice what might be my problem? Is it my problem the s-off s-on thing?

Or if its not what can i do

Just trying to think with you..
Did you enalble smart flash from ext recovery beforehand. Did you perfoem full wipe.
