[Q] Question to Lucifer 3006

Hi Lucifer, i just loaded your raimbow rom on my 710 (loving it). At the begining it says you removed the manufacturer apps, I was wondering if the network setup app was there. I need that app because I switch sims on my phone and need it. I was wondering if you could make a rom with it on or if I could get the xap file and side load it.
