First of all congrats 
I have a DHD with Sense 3.0 ported so I will go into Hardware questions:
-How is the loudspeaker with ringtones? still feeble like on DHD/N1 or powerfull?
-The 8mp camera is good or still quality limited like on previous htc?
-Is it heavy in hand and pocket or much better than DHD?
-How is the overall quality of materials?
If HTC did a good progress in those fields I think I can wait 1-2 months more for rooting...or else I will get SGS2
