[Q] Radio upgrade problem

i Just upgraded my radio to 2.15.00.0808 and my phoe keeps giving me the error "65" and keeps telling me that i have radio shortage , is there any way i could fix this, i cant send or receive text

I would suggest restoring a previous back-up if you have one. Or try to do a clean wipe then reflash the radio, if it still doesn't work and you don't have a backup I'd try flashing the previous radio version.
