[Q] RAM in Motorola Atrix 4G

Hi all, not long ago bought a used Motorola Atrix 4G, came installed CM7, I did a downgrade to stock rom 2.3.6 and now tells me it has 320mb of ram. Once you buy it did not set me on downgrade if CM7 had the same amount of ram. What I can do to make it 1GB ram?
