[Q] Random power drain in Standby

Hello. I'm having random power drains when I'm on standby, between 45mAh and 80mAh. I know that Skype and Bluetooth, so I don't use them. Sometimes when it starts the drain and when I wake up the phone to check something, I see the power drain and I put the phone on standby, then it goes back to normal 3~5 mAh drain. I have searched a lot in xda, but half the treads are bout how to save battery life and the others are about power drain on SD builds.

I'm using an EU Leo, with 2.12 radio and NexusHD2-Gingerbread v2.8 NAND.
And this has happened with some other builds.

i had faced this problem with a rom . mine was related to sudden decreases in operator signal level. that rom was leading this signal decrease every 15 minutes regularly.So i changed it.
