[Q] Random Reboots below 50 % charge

Since I upgraded to android 4.2, I've been getting reboots whenever I open any app. I tried 2-3 roms but all have the same issue. Tried an AOSP 4.3 rom, still no luck.
Once the battery falls below 30% , it wont even let me open an app. Straight away switches off.
Anyone else having the same trouble??
Any solution? What do you guys think?

Sounds like a hardware problem either the battery its self or the way its getting read.
