[Q] Re-calibrate distance(?) sensor..

is there anyway to re-calibrate the distance sensor?
My screen is keep turning on eventhough i turn it off by pressing power button while i'm talking on the phone so i accidently pressing some buttons especially the END button.. this bugs me a lot.. plz help!!
