[Q] Really need help with rooting of Motorola Defy+

Hi, how do I root my Motorola defy+. I'm new to rooting, so can anyone help me...? My Android version is on 2.3.6. One more thing, which rooms are available for Motorola defy+? I've read that cm can only be only be installed in defy... so can anyone help me..?
