[Q] Reboot during battery calibration

Hi,

I am wondering if rebooting during battery calibration will screw things up? The camera on my phone sometimes gets into a routine of freezing instantly and then I have to force close. There is no other solution but to reboot, and i had to last night. Will I need to run a complete charge circle again?
