[Q] Recover screen lock password ?

Hi,

Our girlfriend forgot their lock password, so we can not anything
How can we factory reset or recover password ?
We tried "Volume Up+home+ power" button, but we can not open recovery screen.
Any suggestion ?
can i install rom with using odin ?

Yes, you may need to flash official firmware for your country region to get your phone fixed.

you dont need to flash a full rom. flash the wipe.zip. you can find it in the root thread

Yes I forgot about that, flash it in PDA in odin, it should work.
