You don't need USB Debugging on at all, you just need to flash the firmware ZIP in RUU mode and then do the rest...5 minute job if you have any idea what you're doing

I've flash the firmware extracted from my carrier OTA, but still, it shows "Google" sign and nothing seems has changed...

You HAVE to flash the one in the post first, then factory reset the phone in stock recovery, then flash TWRP, then flash your ROM, THEN flash your FW from the OTA and it should work. Seriously, read the guides as EVERYTHING is in it

Thanks for your patients. I did. But no matter how many times I tried, it return an remote:41 model id check fail. my mid is 0P6B2000
