Hello all!

I installed Tegra2 UbunTop v1.1.0 (a.k.a Mr. Creosote Edition) a few weeks back. All is working fine, but it still not what i expected. I want to revert to regular Webtop in case I sell my phone... so here's the question:

How do I revert the phone from using Ubuntop to regular webtop?

Any comment appreciated and thanks in advance!

You should be able to wipe /osh in recovery and use a fruitcake to restore the stock files. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1163009

Cool. I will give it a shot. Will wiping osh "brake" anything else? Also, I made a backup right after installing Ubuntop... will the backup restore webtop or no?

Thx for your reply!
As far as I can remember, the OSH partition isn't included in backups because of it's size (about 750MB) and because it's usually only mounted as read-only so nothing on there changes under normal circumstances. There was a custom version of CWM that I was using about a year ago that had OSH options in the menu, but since I don't use the webtop for anything, I haven't had the need. OSH itself is only the webtop, and you may not even need to wipe it, but I would just to be sure there are no left over files from the one you are trying to revert from.
