[Q] replaced digitizer... not the same though..

my digitizer cracked so I went ahead and ordered a replacement kit. It came with all the tools and adhesives required. I did everything according to the video on youtube showing how to take apart the aria. Upon resealing it all... I realized there was significant bleed from the bottom of the screen coming from where the four LED's are under the buttons, and the adhesive didn't really hold all that well either. Also, the digitizer is placed as tight as possible on to the actual phone.. but its not flush... Does anyone have any experience with this issue? If not can you please point me to an article that explains this well? I'm willing to purchase some new adhesive somewhere also if that's the case. Can you please post a link to a good one that I can use? Thanks.

backlight strip

You must place white backlight strip (film) near to (a litle bit over LEDs) LEDs ( a little bit down)
