Exactly what it says on the tin, you've managed to work your way into the right sub forum, the info is top of the page. Go to settings, press menu, all settings, today, items, and uncheck HTC sense.

Rom you're after is in there I'd imagine being 1 .66 folder

You need to flash a new radio, I'd recommended you search and read a bit on flashing first, you don't want to turn that sweet bit of kit into a brick!
