[Q] Restore Only Contacts from Nandroid Backup

Is there a way to import contacts from one or more Nandroid Backups without restoring all old roms?

Go to contacts, export and export to storage and will become a vCard named "0001.vcf" Next time you put a rom on your phone you just click import from storage and should be good. Or upload that VCF to gmail so it's saved to your computer if something goes wrong.

More than 150 Nandroid backups, I can't restore them all...

in titanium backup, use "extract from nandroid" option, and choose contacts storage
