[Q] restoring tablet completely to stock

i have the t-mobile version of the streak 7 and what i was wanting to know is that is their a way to format it to redo the OS or use odin to flash the OS to it? i've done this with other tablets so i'm not a noob by no means but i know this tablet is a little different. what it's doing is it won't update the stock firmware and everytime i connect to the internet, i get bombarded with errors about the google framework and i think it said system exception or something like that and it makes me force close all of the windows that are open. i even tried to download the firmware on my pc and put it on an sd card and go to the recovery mode and install the firmware that way and it acts like it does it right but it doesn't, it says something like "install modem error" and then it reboots. any help will be awesome!!! thanks!
