[Q] Restoring the Original ROM

Hello All,

I've downloaded a ROM to my device which I don't want now .. and my device is S-ON .. I want to return to the ROM that the device was shipped with.

Device Details:

VISION PVT SHIP S-ON
HBOOT-0.85.0005
MICORP-0425
radio-26.03.02.18-M3
Emmc-BOOT

I bought it from Egypt, so it is the ME edition .. Can anyone help me?

These are the images I downloaded:

PC10IMG.zip (From CM Wiki)
Vision_DZ_1.34.405.5_PC10IMG.zip (NO ARABIC)
_WWE-2.42.405.2-signed.zip (Didn't flash)

I searched everywhere for the official ROM to flash it, and I really don't want to go to HTC Representative here.
