My wife and I switched from Sprint to T-Mobile. Their service sucks for my usage.
In my house I have edge connection in almost every rooms. I went to visit some family and there was not any data connection. I was unable to use the GPS to move around, at the office in the heart of a very well know city the calls keep dropping...
So here in California you can return your phone in 30 days after your purchase.
Some questions:

Some questions:
- The catch... today my phone dropped and has dent in a corner and on the whole bottom on the metal part. No scratches on the screen or the back. Their policy ( https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-2624 ) say "Equipment must be in good working condition with original contents and packaging to be eligible for a refund of the purchase price". The phone works as before it felt. Can I return it?
- Number portability. Do I need to move back to another provider (back to Sprint?) before I return the phone in order not to lose the number? What if T-Mobile does not get back the phone later?
- Would they charge me a restocking fee even if I am not satisfied with the service? If I remember well they told me that I will not be charged a restocking fee if we cancel the service (CA's law?)
- If I go back to Sprint can I use the $100 discount on the S4, or I do not qualify because I have been out of their contract for less than 30 days? Considering AT&T otherwise...
Best,
Camicia
