Hi guys, I have a nook hd+ and it has the black screen issue. Since warranty is available,I want to replace my tab. Problem is that it has Cyanogen mode 10.1.3 and the factory reset portion has cwm installed. I know how to restore the stock, but I don't know how to restore the stock factory reset portion. Can anybody help me..? thanks..

I assume by stock factory reset portion you mean restoring stock recovery. Restoring the stock ROM with the CWM restore option does not restore the stock recovery. To do that you need to go to my HD/HD+ CWM thread linked in my signature and read item 5. I have a zip there to restore stock recovery.
