[Q] Rom 3.4.2.117 UK - Connection settings shows only UMTS ..how to get HSPA?

We have HSPA here. I checked that here on my phone with "*#*#4636#*#*" and it shows up, UMTS. How can i get HSPA.....

Any suggestions...thanks....
