i see a method to root my phone but i need a rom.

Some hard working dudes with big hearts are trying to port cyngenmod 10.2
Untill then buy greenify and you get the Xposed apps. It also turned me on to Andriod Tuner, best app ever. As for french roms, you could help translate when/if CM gets ported.

It's Galaxy Express.
Although it is almost the same size as the S3 though
