Your question is very confusing.

In the title you say that you have a question about ROM making.

In the main text , you talk about flashable zips.
You can not only flash ROM's but also apps/lockscreens etc etc

Do you want to learn about how to create ROM's or do you want to know about how to convert ROM's/App's into flashable files ?

To answer your question , there is NO such android application available.

Indeed i also want to learn this... typing edify script is a lot of hard work!!!! Any Application for windows or ubuntu, both are fine... coz sometimes i mess with my rom and instead of flashing full rom i think its better to create flashable zip of only the problematic file..

Why not just customize your rom, boot into recovery, take a backup, and distribute the backup. Just make sure that your phone is not connected to any of your personal accounts. A full wipe will delete all the apps you installed, so I wouldn't recommend doing it. Also don't use sd-ext to create this, people without the sd-ext won't get the apps when restoring.
I know this is not a recovery zip, but hopefully would serve your purpose.

Why not just customize your rom, boot into recovery, take a backup, and distribute the backup. Just make sure that your phone is not connected to any of your personal accounts. A full wipe will delete all the apps you installed, so I wouldn't recommend doing it. Also don't use sd-ext to create this, people without the sd-ext won't get the apps when restoring.

That sounds like a terrible idea without clearly saying first that redistribution of a modded ROM requires the permit of the developer(s) in question.

No, there is no APP that writes custom ROM's.

With flashable zip i mean Rom who are flashable
And yeah , i want to learn how to make flashable zip's ..

If you dont have a PC then you cant make a ROM

Correct, just generally typing script is hard work, and currently, i type script everyday!

Distribute the backup? i wouldnt if i were you....And if you were going to release something like that, you would probaly pick up an infraction without a doubt.

exactly, if there were an APP to be released, my time of creating a ROM so far would be wasted, and i would also start to loose faith in android
