[Q] [ROM][STABLE][Android 4.4.4] CyanogenMod 11 with 3.0.16 kernel - How to upgrade

I am new to this forum...
I have installed the rom "[ROM][STABLE][Android 4.4.4] CyanogenMod 11 with 3.0.16 kernel" (06/20/2014) and I want to upgrade to the same rom (07/01/2014) without lost my data.
Is it possible ?

make a nandroid from recovery just in case
the flash the newest version of the rom without wipe

I always wiped cache +dalvik after having flashed the new zip file. You shouldnt lose your settings, you might need to do a full wipe at some point if you're starting to experience problems though. Didn't have to do that myself, yet, but I (and you will at that point as well) might have to look into getting something like titanium backup then.
