[Q] Root problem

Hi!

I'm on Stock ics 4.0.3, and wanted to root my phone...

What I have done is:

1- HTCdev. unlocked my bootloader. done...
2- Flash recovery using fastboot command: "fastboot flash recovery recovery-clockwork-5.0.2.0-pyramid.img" done... and working fine.
3- flashed super user using the new recovery: su-2.3.6.3-efgh-signed.zip done...
4- didn't get s-off (I think I don't need it to get root only).

after that I got superuser icon but I can't grant root for any app, even it didn't popup grant message.

what is my fault?
if I flashed "Android_Revolution_HD_Root_and_BusyBox.zip" through recovery will it solve my problem?

Please advise me how to solve my problem without installing new rom and do everything once again...

try this from recovery
http://download.chainfire.eu/315/SuperSU/UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.25.zip
then see if you have root access
