[Q] Rooted. What Now?

Atrix is my first Android phone. Went from 3 generations of iPhones, to Samsung Focus(WP7, POS), and now atrix. I have to admit, android is the way to go if you're a tech/gadget enthusiast.

Ive got my Atrix rooted, enabled free tethering/wifi hotspot. Got Titanium etc.

The question is: What other great apps/utilities are out there that can only be used on rooted devices? Keep in mind I'm brand new to android OS so I really don't have a good grasp on what's out there and useful. I went through the root process(however easy), and now I want to take advantage of it. Any advice is much appreciated.

Go to the Market and download Titanium Backup and Ad-Free. Two good apps that need root to run.

I'd also get a cache cleaner. Most of the good ones require root.

No, others have said it just FC's when you open it.

How about Root Explorer, AdFree (for sure, absolutely necessary to me now!) and TiBu (which you mentioned)... Those are the big ones for me right now.

I don't use the first or second, but I believe Titanium Backup is fully supported. I don't think anyone has gotten shootMe to work (I think it has to do with the screens resolution for some people, but for whatever reason that's the only application I've found that won't recognize my root even after it asks for, and is granted permission)

Thanks for all the replys guys. Spare Parts and Root Explorer seem to be pretty handy, along with TiBu.

One question though: Someone mentioned getting a good cache cleaner. Will the "Clean up the Dalvik cache..." function in TiBu Pro do that same thing as a normal cache cleaner? I have no idea what the Dalvik cache is.

Cache cleaner I mentioned was just for other cache (mostly app/browser etc.). Probably doesn't matter as much on the atrix considering the power, but on the lesser phones I came from, there was a nice speed boost when you regularly cleared those caches, and most cache cleaners require root.
