[Q] Rooting for straighttalk LG Optimus Zip

Hello. My friend just purchased a phone from wal-mart from straight talk. the LG Optimus Zip. I searched around for rooting guides for it, but haven't had any luck finding any. there's rooting guides for other LG Optimus models, but i wasn't sure if it had to be specific or not.
