[Q] S-OFF AND S-ON Help

I have come to you in a time of need.

I poses the mighty sensation xe, with an unlocked bootloader throught HTC Dev and it is S-ON.

I am currently running CM11. I was wondering in order to S-OFF the phone can I do it on the custom ROM ?

Or do I need to be stock.
