AFAIK the simlock is stored in the TrustZone secured emmc area. The likelyhood of a working simlock in the near future is very slim.

If you go to Sammobile downloads you got the option to unlock, but its not free.

If your on O2 pay monthly they will unlock it free hats what I am doing to my new pebble blue mini
