[Q] S4G not recognizing Powerskin after flashing Revolution ICS

After flashing Mike1986's Revolution HD ICS ROM, my phone will no longer recognize/charge from the PowerSkin (i.e., external battery/case). However, it still charges by wall and PC, and will even charge by wall through the PowerSkin.

I've verified the phone is not charging with Powerskin and that the skin does, in fact, work.

Any suggestions?
