Actually I´m just curious... I have heard from friends and I have read it here and on other forums that the official upgrade to S5 is a big failure. Many complaints of heating problems, lagging and poor battery stamina. I made the official upgrade earlier this week and after the first boot I noticed some minor heating and some lagging. But just after a couple of minutes the phone settled and after that I find the phone much much better than before the upgrade.

How is it that it´s so different from phone to phone? One persons S5 gets so bad and another persons S5 gets so much better?

Personally I have about 20% better battery time, a much smoother runtime in all my apps and absolutely no heating problem. Lollipop turned out to be just the boost it needed for me to hold on to it...

My S5 900F is a "no contract"-phone with the "Nordic Countries" firmware..

Any thoughts?

Best regards

Some people can't accept changes. don't listen to them. 5.0 functions just great. The loud minority is always there to cry and complain.

yup, it works great on my phone. I've been using it since the beginning of december, and I've never had any heating/battery/lag problems at all. Usually I can even run my phone for 2 days without charging and a good 5-6 hours screen on time.

I am very happy with lollipop. It works without lags and I haven't had no problems with it. All works great and the only problem I had was at the beginning, when I installed it, cause it heat but I think was caused cause all was installing. After that my battery is friendly and lasts more than kk.

Very recommendable
