[Q] Safe Strap from 4.3 to 4.4

Is there a solution on how to safe strap from 4.3 to 4.4 yet if you have taken the OTA update?

He means if you took the 4.3 (mj9) OTA update which locks your bootloader. I'm currently in the same dilemma, I looked on the Android developers forum, the only TW 4.4** roms I see say they need their kernels flashed, so no SafeStrap, therefore we are most likely stuck on 4.3 for now :-/
