[Q]Samsung TTS isn't working for me. can I fix this?

I am using the ATT variant Samsung Galaxy Note 3 running on custom KitKat rom Knoxraid, and I've been having problems with Samsung TTS HD Voices not working during Svoice or any other program that can use it. Is there a way to fix this issue?

Install Google TTS From the Play Store.

Enable it in settings, reboot and profit

I will add it back to the ROM. Or I will just include Google tts.

I'm having this problem too.. And unfortunately the Samsung HD TTS sounds TONS better than the Google HD, and now that I'm on 4.4 I can't use it anymore. Does anyone know the true reason for this?
