[Q] SBF to 2.2 with a factory shipped 2.3 Droid x2?

hey guys verizon just shipped me another replacement for a music issue but the phone they sent shipped with 2.3.3, so my question is when I SBF 2.2 over 2.3.3 am I likely to run into issues?.....I had done it fine with my other device but it shipped with 2.2...any idea of what I should expect?

My X2 is a replacement for my X and the sbf worked good for me. The music issue, is that music skipping even though it's just playing a local mp3? I have that problem with this refurb.
