I would like to use this to make teaching videos like this one

You just need a screen recording app or some kind of software to do so. There are some out there, though I've never used them

Wanam exposed. In there choose add screen recording to power menu. Boom. Hold the power button and start a high quality recording straight from the popup. Easy free amd fast. I dont think it does audio but thats easy to add with any number of apps.
