Hi guys. I have been lurking for a while, and this is my first post...pretty sure I'm in the right place, I used the search tool and didn't come up with much. If not, please go easy on me as I tend to cry with little provocation.

I just purchased another SGS3 of the AT&T variety (bought it so I can go to prepaid and get out from Verizon), and the screen has quite a bit of wear on it (minor to moderate scratches). I have been scouring Amazon and Ebay for good kits, and I have found a few, but I'm just curious of this communities opinions? Are there any I should watch out for? Any replacements that stand out above the rest? I have never replaced a screen, but I'm completely confident I have the ability to do this. I don't, however, want to be doing this more times that needed--one time is all I'm planning on doing this, so I want to do it right and with the best materials possible...so! Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

You know you need a heat gun though,.right? If you're just replacing the glass?

Should be same process as our phone but you're in the wrong section. This is the international s3 not the at&t s3

Yeah, I have a heat gun. Ive used it multiple times on fixing RROD Xboxes and PS3's so I'm totally familiar and feel comfortable heating up my phone to ~180 degrees F.

I realized I was in the wrong section afterwards, but figured you guys might also know. Im pretty positive just replacing the glass is the same across the board.

Ah as long as you know what you're in for.

Yes I'm fairly certain the glass and construction is the same. Availability of kits in the US may differ though, since our model is not officially available there.
