[Q] Scrolling email during phone call freezes

Hi,
I have my HD2 with Energy.Leo 23678 | Sense2.5 | Aug 18 CHT WWE with Radio : 2.08.50.08_2.
My problem is difficult to describe so I'll use some screenshots.

When I make a phone call to a number that is in an email by double clicking an underlined number in the email, I get to screenshot 1.

I then click the keypad button which in this case has a little clip/notepad picture at the top left corner.
This gets me to the screenshot 2 showing the keypad and the email so I can look for the information I need like for example a conference call ID.

Now, when I slide my finger through the email the screen freezes and the only think I can do to regain control is to press any of the hardware keys at the bottom of my phone.

This functionality works fine in my colleague's HD2 (different ROM) and used to work fine in my previous HTC HD with a WWE ROM.

Is this a bug in this ROM?
Is there any way I can fix this?
I tried all combinations in BsB Tweaks but this issue was not fixed.
