I got A-DATA 16GB class 10 for about 30 euro from a local shop, but I suppose you can find them where you live. It delivers exactly as promised (something like 11 MB/s write speed), so it's a good quality for it's money (a rare case for the Chinese products). The best thing about faster cards is that you don't get the pauses in video recording like with the crappy stock Samsung card. Actually it's so slow that with a SD adapter, it can't even be used in my DSLR. The 24 frames the camera buffer stores take more than a minute or two to be written on the card and that's a pain in the ...
Anyway, you can get a class 6 card from a better manufacturer (like SanDisk) and it can perform better than the A-DATA class 10, but with SD cards (like with batteries) ebay is not recommended. Go to a local shop and try the card if you can.

Here is the HTC recommended shop [site] Expansys Memory MircoSD, make sure you check the in stock only box if you do not what to wait for new stock, they do seem to get new stock very quickly though.

I also recommend them as a paying customer.

You've had better luck than me, i wouldn't touch expansys with a very large barge pole, on a more helpfull note I've just bought one of these and it works very well with no problems.
