SDK is fully installed and I can see my phone using "adb devices" in command line. I am trying to flash a new splash1 image but when I issue the command, it hangs on "waiting for device".

I've re-installed and uninstalled multiple drivers many times. I'm new to 64 bit Windows 7 so I'm pretty sure it's something to do with the OS. Would rather get this fixed than to work around using a virtual linux box.

Any help will be appreciated and any info can be provided.

My computer was doing that aswell, its not the computer itself it is the phone, took me over 20 times to root my phone, just keep trying until you get an error message, good luck :)

I don't think that's the problem actually. I've been running cm7 pretty much since I got the phone. ::oops:: EDIT: I meant to add, I've adb'd my phone easily before on 32 bit Windows 7 with no problems.

Also, I should add that the shell command also works as far I know. I got the linux prompt after I issued the adb shell command. I just can't use the fastboot flash command... I get "waiting for device"
